We use a fitness program built around Gospel/inspirational, old school R&B and hip hop, afro beats etc. Music for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Incorporated in a Dancing
Without Sin fitness session, you will see squats, lunges, push-ups, free weights and other floor exercises. Each program is put together to provide an energetic, fun-filled, uplifting environment.

Toning burns fat while gaining some muscle definition. Using high reps and low weights you burn calories and tone at the same time. Different size bands, hand weights and your own body weight will give you a fantastic burn with great results.
